Auton Two

Cover two of three covers I got to do for BBV. The Autons first appeared in Doctor Who.
The first DVD was directed by Nicholas Briggs. If his name isn’t familure to you, I’m sure his voice is. He is presently the voice of the Cybermen and Daleks on the new television series.

The DVDs were painstakingly re-mastered by Merv Staton. He is a man who doesn’t do anything half way and the quality shows. Each of the volumes contains soundtracks, audio dramas and other easter eggs. I’m glad to have been involved with the project. The covers were photo collage and redrawn in Photoshop (an industry standard).

I’m so glad that Doctor Who is back on BBC television. The stories are so good and the actors are brilliant! The good Doctor was away for too long. There were tenacious fans who wouldn’t let the show disappear. Bill Baggs was one of those people who kept the Who universe going between the classic series and the advent of the new one.
